it was worth its 5 stars. overall, it's wonderful base for exploring cha-am attractions. we loved the view of the garden. ordered diner at their on-site restaurant baba beach bar.

The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms had amazing views, the service was attentive, and the attention to details really made our trip enjoyable.

The hotel provides a great experience for relaxation with superb service. the staff is attentive and quick at check, in and check, out. Breakfast is delicious and served by friendly staff. Some rooms offer a beautiful ocean view from the bed and bathtub. the in, room pool is large and adds to the premium feel of the room.

The location is a bit far from the city center, making trips back and forth exhausting.

The hotel offered a nice view of the sea and a good relaxation spot. the breakfast at the hotel was of a good quality and tasty, perfect to start the day. the hotel is located near the beach and has comfortable beds.

My Christmas at the hotel was not perfect. the hotel gym was rather small and not well equipped, which is disappointing when you want to exercise.

The party started on New Year's Eve with a huge bang. The view from my room was amazing; it was like I could see the whole world! The beach was only a few steps away and the pool was big enough to fit all my friends. Everything was so clean, it was easier to walk barefoot than with shoes. The hotel was perfectly located; it provided a great base to go on tours of the city.

Some of the staff in the restaurant seemed a bit inexperienced and forgot to ask me how I wanted my steak. It was not a big deal, but when you're at a luxury hotel, it's the small things that matter.

This hotel is a luxury oasis with exclusive amenities such as a world-class Spa & wellness centre, an outdoor swimming pool with beach access and sun loungers, a Saltwater pool, and outdoor BBQ facilities. the garden area and sun terrace are immaculate, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the service is exceptional, and the staff is attentive to guests' needs, providing in-room breakfast and special diet menus.

We experienced only one minor issue with the drainage in the bathroom which was slow, resulting in water spilling over during the shower. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the hotel's comfort as the room advantages were exceptional.
